Often when a person is trying to lose weight, they think about foods they should cut out or cut back on.  Did you realise what you drink contributes a significant amount of calories which you can easily do without?  Here is an example of how much calories you can save in a day:

700 kcal is alot of calories you can save.  Choose drinks which does not contribute unnecessary calories. Water has zero calories! Jazz up the water you drink with fresh herbs (mint) or citrus fruits (a slice of lemon, lime or orange).  Brew a pot of hot water with crushed pandanus leaves, lemongrass, ginger, rose flowers or chopped fruits.  Try a pot of spiced tea with cinnamon, orange slices, star anise  and cloves today.  Have your cup of coffee/tea, but cut back on sugar and use low fat milk.
