Lectures, seminars or group nutrition presentations

I continue to provide services as an adjunct senior lecturer at International Medical University as it helps me keep up to speed with what is new in the industry.
Some of the educational public talks I have participated in, include topics such as healthy eating, child health, men’s health, gut health, diabetes, heart health, cancer and eye health.
In the past, I have also assisted in nutritional product launches by providing nutrition expertise in children and gut health amongst others.
It is a pleasure to be involved in walkabout grocery store tours to deliver hands-on education on label reading, serving sizes, and healthy alternatives.

Corporate workshops

Employee health and wellness can improve the morale of a company’s workforce.
Wellness seminars can be designed to suit employer/employees’ needs.
Advisory Services


Foodservice providers or food manufacturers who are looking for advisory services in recipe or menu analysis should look no further.
I can be consulted to develop menus and formulate recipes –thus, the restaurants or manufacturers can proudly display the nutrition facts of foods available.
In IMU I had the priviledge to develop nutrition modules for the BSc courses.
I would be happy to work with educational institutions to develop and/or deliver nutrition/culinary courses.

Publications

I have published 3 books to date. It was a pleasant surprise when my first book - ‘Food for your eyes’ was awarded Gourmand’s Best Health cookbook in the world in Paris in 2013.
