Peel and finely chop the garlic. Finely chop the chilli and coriander. In a bowl, marinade the prawns with garlic, chilli, coriander, salt and pepper. Thread the prawns on a bamboo skewer. This prevents the prawns from shrinking too much during cooking. Heat the grill until searing hot. Grill the prawns for 2 minutes and serve with the quinoa kerabu and some blanched vegetables.. Choosing grilled prawns instead of a piece of deep-fried chicken saves you calories and fat intake.
